Ever thought of the characteristic of the best job in the world or for yourself? Mm... for me, I think they should have the criteria of:
- great friends as colleagues (most importantly without people who will backstab you)
- high pay (erm... need to the pay to do shopping =p)
- high satisfaction in terms of the job being challenging and not repetitive
- an area which I enjoy working on
I guess these characteristics are enough to make me satisfied and happy.
If you are not under any bond, you might want to consider this job. Will you take the offer? Well, this job isn't for me cos first I do not know how to swim and simply cos I'm being bonded.
